The practical constraint is depth: FlightScope wants 8 to 12 feet from sensor to tee for full swings, so it needs a long room rather than a tall one. A 12-course iOS E6 Connect licence is included, and there is no mandatory annual fee on the hardware itself.

A five-figure sensor that still packs down and travels, with no membership attached. Against the Trackman iO at $13,995 the headline difference is that the iO is a permanent ceiling install and this is not.

- Cost-Effective Buyer

- Recreational Player
Far more instrument than recreational play needs, and the depth requirement means a room built around it.
