Gaming PC (Ryzen 7 5700, RTX 5060)

$1,200

Skytech's Ryzen 7 5700 tower with an NVIDIA RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7, 32GB DDR4 and a 1TB NVMe SSD, sold by Amazon.com. The RTX 5060 sits clearly above every published minimum this site's mainstream builds need: SkyTrak's Windows app (GTX 1650 minimum; RTX 3060 for its top settings), E6 Connect (GTX 1070 or greater) and GSPro (RTX 3060 minimum). It runs GSPro smoothly at 1080p to 1440p; GSPro recommends an RTX 3080 or better for 4K, so on a 4K projector it renders below native resolution. One HDMI and one DisplayPort output, Wi-Fi, Windows 11 Home, a 1-year parts and labor warranty.

Gaming PC (Ryzen 7 5700, RTX 5060)

Who this is for

Honest match per persona.

Good for

  • Recreational Player

Enough GPU for SkyTrak's app at its top settings, E6 Connect and GSPro at 1080p–1440p without tuning. Plug in, install the launch monitor's app, play.

  • Cost-Effective Buyer

About $1,200 from Amazon.com for an RTX 5060 and 32GB — under the CyberPowerPC RTX 5060's reseller price and about $700 under Skytech's Ryzen 7 9700X version of the same GPU.

  • Family Setup

Runs E6 Connect and the multi-sport software families use with headroom, so nobody waits on loading screens. A mid-tower is louder than a mini PC; give it a ventilated spot away from the screen.

  • Performance Seeker

The floor for serious GSPro at 1080p–1440p. For GSPro at 4K, Foresight Premier at medium or Uneekor's software, step up to an RTX 5070 Ti tower.

Not for

  • Showroom

Glass-panel gaming case with RGB fans; in a showroom room you'll want a 4K-capable GPU and a case that disappears.

  • Space-Constrained

A mid-tower needs a permanent home with airflow clearance; a portable setup is better served by a Mac or an M-series iPad where the launch monitor's app supports it.
