It is a real enclosure rather than a screen: impact screen, roof, side walls, padded poles with foam corner protection, and an extendable pole for install. Ceiling clearance needs to be a little over 8 feet plus room for your swing. The trade against a fixed bay is rigidity and finish. A SIG12 at $2,499.99 is a better bay and will always be a better bay; it just never leaves. This is for the room that has to give the space back.
